Really? It is what it is. Lots to like and some things you have to question if you are a buyer. If it's forum member's car they know what they have.
If a member, maybe a pity it wasn't offered via the forum to other members with honest answers. You can see a sh!t load has been spent already.
Looks a decent project to complete to me but you would still want honest answers and make a decision on that along with price etc.

OK, fair call. Even with these factors I still think you can build something from it.
At the end of the day any without a provable history and books could fall into a similar category.
Those are the factors that you take into consideration when it comes to negotiating the price.
