    So for a landcruiser they use around 13 -14 litres per 100 klm and hold around 10.5 litres how often should you change the oil on the fuel used per oil change method

    I used to change my 03 turbo cruiser every 5000 km. My WB got new oil every 5000. The WB always burnt a bit of oil, even after I got the engine rebuilt. I guess it still does but I haven't had it out of the shed in too long.

    Because as you said it will dislodge slide and may block the oil pick up.
    Regular change will slowly clean her up as it has done with ours
