How do we get Byron back?

Would there be any advantage in getting one of the mysandman members that's also regular on the forums that Byron is still on, to relay questions from us to him, and post his replies back on here. Or have a dedicated thread for sandmans on one of those sites. (maybe this was attempted before mysandman site started? Im not sure) In the hope that he gets an interest and might come around.

Same line of thought, maybe moderators on here could send an email to him with questions from here once a week.

Another idea might be to speak to him and invite him on here once a week, (maybe Monday nite, or whatever) & have a Q & A session, and he could pass on some helpful information to anyone that is interested.

I reckon theres some great ideas there.

Byron has an incredible amount of knowledge and it would be great to have him back on deck.

I think he got sick of saying the same thing over and over again on here, but I think he is still pretty active on the fastlane forum, where keyboard warriors dont tend to argue with him as much. He is a very helpful guy when people need it. He put me onto my sandman when I first bought it, and has helped me through a few EFI conversions in different cars.

Maybe an ásk Byron' or ásk the guru' column would be great. And it could be edited so that it flows well, misconceptions are cleaned up, and trolls are thrown back under the bridge. Maybe even a mythbusters column or something.

Have it where we asks questions that he can reply to.
There can be no key board warrior reply’s from anyone.
