Sorry mate, I don't think your description is 100%. HZ had pull cable bellhousing (with "ear" moulded) from approximately mid 78. The cable for this system had a adjustment nut (usually plastic) & thread on the cable. The only other clutch system on HZ was the push system, also known as half cable/ rat trap. The cable for this system has no adjustment nut on cable.

The only way you could have a pull clutch without "ear" bellhousing is if using a Dellow or other aftermarket bellhousing with a bolt-on bracket for the cable on the side of the bellhousing. Maybe this is the bracket you are after, but doesn't look like it in your pic. Otherwise you will be looking for a rat trap (HX & early HZ) which from memory looks like part of the bracket in your pic.
