If you cant find one I reckon Castlemaine Rod Shop could set you right, or give you some options, they will deliver interstate with ease. Its an aftermarket product of course, but pretty sweet, good prices too.

Hi, I've got one of those, but I don't know if it's what you need. It's the cable holding bracket of a 'push cable' set-up and is only a part of the mechanism. Also, which clutch pedal do you have? A 'push cable' pedal is different to a 'pull cable pedal. I have most of both systems on hand, let me know if I can help.
