Thanks guys, going the full cable, got a new bellhousing coming, had the right pedal in the van, I still wonder why someone years ago would bugger around putting Ford single rail in, the stuffing around to change everything would do my head in! Lol

This was a common conversion, as the Aussie boxes didn't handle much stick. They were originally designed for the 6 cylinder. The Ford B/W single rail box was cheap and a bit stronger, their main downfall was the bush and thread holding the shifter in.
