Worth is subjective. Technically, it’s worth what someone is willing to pay and what the seller is willing to let go of it for.

If it’s really rust free and windowless then surely someone will front up $20 or $30k for it if they really want it. Location doesn’t really help. There seems to be less money to throw around out west at the moment. Lots of toys being sold

If that’s the case, then it stands to reason that the values will drop fairly quickly. Strange though, mining is going mad here in NSW at the moment. They can’t find enough people.
