You can either buy a complete column that was for a floor shift model and swap the whole unit in (easy way), or I imagine if you just buy the blank section (1 piece- cylinder shape about 20cm long with angled end where it meets the dash) to replace the part the shifter came out of and the bit below it (2 pieces). It would be a lot of fiddly work disassembling from the blinker section down to swap it out
