They built utes continuously until the end of WB in 84. Pretty sure you could still get new HZ utes plated early 1980. They stopped Sandman utes in HZ before they stopped the Sandman vans. But someone else would have to tell you the month.
It’s. 253,4 speed. I would think it’s unlikely a Sandman being 11/79.
