Have used our tent and it is great.
No problems with the wind or rubbing.
As for being practical it is great as you can stand and get changed,have a couple of chairs and use the tail gate for the table.
Drive away leave everything standing and come back to your same spot.
Great also if the day is a bit cruddy.
And we do sleep in the van.

Getting up in the middle of the night was so much easier than climbing over the seats

It's the Napier SportZ SUV Tent - it matches the colour of the van too!

I couldn't find one for under $450, so snapped it up at $150 - hardly used...

Thanks for posting Puzzigully, Im after something exactly like this, that can be multi purpose use. Need an annex/dressing room for my hotrod teardrop camper. And down the track when I get a van on the road
