My 2 cents worth. As is it is probably only worth as much as a similar condition V8 ute (no premium sandman value), maybe less because it is a van on the plates.


But if you go to the effort (and from the pics it looks in general good nic) to convert to van it would probably be a better starting point than buying a van that needs lots of work restoring and then you have a top spec sandman van of the era in a desirable colour (IMO) that would justify the bucks spent.

Plus I prefer van anyway.


For $90 Holden Historic services may be able to confirm original engine number for you. Then there will be no doubters to your claim.
