For me if I was spending all the money I would look to be doing it properly even for your own peace of mind.
If I had a good HQ roof section and all it takes is some simple modification to change it to the HJ onwards, I would take the HQ roof. As far as I know there is no difference in the panel anywhere else. Remember that the roof itself was the same panel from HD to WB. Just the sidewalls changed.
