the mounting plate for the mirrors is different. I do remember modifying kingswood brackets years ago, was only part success. The hole spacing on the door is the same, but the shape of the plate is bigger and needs a fair bit of grinding, The main problem is the "barb" the raised section that locates the mirror base to the plate is in a different place. From memory, I flattened it out & used a screw to hold the mirror in place. Definitely can be done, but not straight forward
