    With HJ either/or is correct as Geopaj has given links to.
    My HQ Sandman has the brown gold embossed factory folder and is 100% original to the car. The HQ/HJ version is slightly larger in format to the earlier Holden's although the same design.
    Dealers though were at the stage of promotion around this time and would swap out the GMH version for their own offerings.
