    The tags (compliance plates) are even damaged and what's with the "snot" wiped around the edges?
    As for the bidding - it's ebay. People add bids not wanting to win but to find out the reserve and if they happen to win the auction - simply don't pay!
    Some will say I almost won a Sandman which makes them feel/seem good to their mates - even if they couldn't afford a postage stamp. Sellers lower the reserve to catch a "pretend" bidder out and hopefully make them pay.

    If somebody is silly enough to buy it thinking it is worthy of restoration, more fool them.
    As they say, a fool and their money are soon parted!

    Oh, I thought it sold for 5700 when I made my earlier comment. I agree with Inners regarding having reserve, no genuine guide to price
