Salisbury v8 diff with disks

From memory Statesman rear disc conversion and it should all bolt straight up to Salsbury diff housing its been so long i have played with these things but getting back into it now

There might be a little more to it but not a hard conversion
Why do you want rear discs ??

I had rear disc brakes years ago on my current Sandman
cut them off went back to drum
