It is not a simple bolt-on job.
Yes, the axles & complete brake assemblies will swap from a disc rear to a drum, the housings are the same.
The big drama (also why GMH didn't offer the option) is that the handbrake lever on the inside of the caliper, fouls the leaf springs.
I've fitted rear discs to my HZ B06 One-Tonner & I've had to fit lowering blocks & also re-drill & rotate the caliber mount relative to the diff housing.
Very fiddly but it is do-able.
You always hear " yes, no problems my mate did it to his panno". When you actually check it out they never seem to have a working handbrake.
