I believe that document is for the HX....note the single headlights.
HZ wouldnt have blackouts on the nose cone as Valencia mentioned.

I think that file was a generalization of what was blacked out as it was on the change over from HJ to HX. Obviously HJ didnt have door and windscreen moulds blacked out.
