Not too many ex van owners out there with a spare 100K to buy a memory is there. The market is small and there are no shortage of Sandman’s if you look.
When they were 3K for a restorer and 25K for a good one, they got all the genuinely interested people in. Then as the market climbed the dealers took over. Now no one can afford to buy one to restore.

I did have a fleeting thought it may have been heading up your way, but after the purchase cost, plus a decent fix up, it would be quite an expensive project.
Anyway, I hope it gets back on the road, will be a nice looking van

This was my co driver Andy and we got done 77km in a 60 zone in Pemberton W.A 1986 (went over for some flash boat race party) .......$40 from memory was earning $27k as a 22 year old at the time

NO POINTS back then, in the 20 odd days we were in WA (from Vic at the time) between us we got booked six times....man that car attracted heat in a non mods state
