    Tail Light Surrounds

    Righto so im trying to restore but to no avail (Need rechroming ) my surrounds and i have noticed that one of my many pairs that i have one has 2 little look like locking tangs behind the studs

    Question they look factory but do they go on with the surrounds or after install ??
