not for me unfortunately but I'm sure they will bid with a bit more confidence now..lots of shonks out there so this site is invaluable..

Was the certificate from Ben available or did it fall in one of the gaps?

not sure..he was certainly happy with the car..by gaps do you mean that the engine number was missing off the records ? I'll send him a pic of that..

Nah, some information is missing from certain plants for certain months. Meaning the hard copies can't be found (or haven't been found yet!)
Doesn't stop identification but it does mean dealer and sales date may not be available along with other relevant information on the car. When this is the case a certificate cannot be purchased.
Doesn't sound like this is the case with this one.

Engine numbers were not always recorded.

ah ok..yeah he gave me the dealer and completion date..dealer in the log book so that's all legit..
