She sounded good burbling around the show ground amongst the shiny stuff! It's a pretty good thing and would come up a treat restored. "Glitter Poo" and all. Byron and Ozbox were all over it.
Was an outstanding pick up Max, well done!

Thanks for the kind words..
At this stage, I think she looks good enough (& rough enough) to just continue with mechanical rebuild only to get roadworthy & enjoy as is
Yes, went to say g'day to Greg, & within a couple minutes Byron turned up & had a look & chat about it
Not that I've ever met him in person, but is that member Ambiet Goat in the first photo?
I signed on here for the first time in years and here I am in a photo bomb!
Good to meet you in person Max, still think the van looks perfect as is.

This is the 45 year old paint inside the cab, above the windscreen, been protected by the roof lining. It still looks very lively

I had a taiwsense tailgate I got cheap, so I had it sprayed, mixed by the paint code, & it looks quite dull. I was never going to fit this, only hang in the shed!
Would really like to see how good the colour can look, to help me decide
