So, this is what I started with. Picked it up reasonably cheap a few years ago when I was supposedly restoring a one tonner.

6 cylinder auto. Was originally from out Wagga or Albury way so it was reasonably rust free. Ex builders ute so had a few dings in it but was pretty good for it's age. I'm in South Western Sydney area, bought it from a bloke north of Newcastle and drove it home on an unregistered permit.
Threw my GTS wheels on it pretty much straight away.
