Question about HX sandman chassis number

Chassis replacement following an accident was apparently a common thing, but could also be a case of Sandman plates put on another vehicle altogether, thus the suspicion and must be priced accordingly.

To be honest, I has my suspicion on this since the 1st contact with the seller.
