HZ hazard switch

78 would not have had factory hazard lights/switch. I think Hazards came in around late 79, or 80. Probably the column is out of a WB.
Check where the windscreen washer squirters are, you may have a WB cab. Also, if it's a got a WB m/c it would be a WB booster, which is different from HZ

Yes Max just checked and it has WB washer jets, so I would say your right it's a WB cab.

I don't know if they work, it has no battery or motor, I stole the 253 out of it to use in my panel van.
