Yes thanks,
Rodney has already welding up and ground, the 32mm hole which had been cut in for the speedo cable when the Turbo 400 was fitted to the vehicle, he was aware of the 32mm hole for the wiring and vacuum hoses, and new he needed to cut holes for the heater pipes, didn't realize that they were an oval hole, just thought they would be two individual holes. thanks for all your input and advice, always valued.. (from Rodney)
He wasn't actually aware it was 32mm but thought it was around that size and was going to measure hole off rubber gromit..

The air con is in, and by the way Rodney went to Forbes and checked a couple of cars before drilling the holes, and decided that the 3 A/C holes are 19mm on some vehicles they had filed them to an oval shape, and on some vehicles they were just 3 round interlocking holes, he reckons the fire wall hole was larger than 32mm but wasn't 38mm feels it was around 36mm. So he actually drilled it 38mm and the gromit is a little loose so note the gromit has been sickaflexed in from behind, with duct tape holding it into position, until it drys.

Love all the pics and info, do you want to come and do our van next, just joking but seeing others ideas keep you motivated and moving.
Cheers
You should try putting the ac in with the car all in one piece and the engine in! Drilling that hole behind the distributer is awesomely difficult!:Chin:
