    Sandman wiper blades any difference?

I was looking for some slr torana wiper blades at the wreckers and came across this.
Is it off a Holden ?
It looks the same size as the HX however the mounting lug on my HX is not like this it is part of the arm not the blade.

Its a similar set up to the SLR
See how its a twin wire set up and not a solid blade.
I was wondering if the sandman or GTS used the different blades like the SLR and SS LX torana's had different than std cars.
If they were different then I would have to get new arms as well to fit them .
I just checked a HJ parts book and the part numbers are the same for all models.
Any one have a HX one to check please?

    The SS SLR torana blade

sandmans and gts had the same wipers as a normal holden of its model in the h series..the pics you have put up are of an aftermarket head...
ss and sl/r toranas wipers were the same as any other lh lx uc torana.there not speshal.
there is many different aftermarket heads that will clip on to a standard wiper arm and because of this there is lots of myths regarding fun things like lightweight and aerodynamic wipers etc....:Chin:
