Jack,Winder,and wrench?

Where do these go in the van?is there a place where they fit nicely out of place??
I still have the original items,But are stumped where they go,Spent a couple of hours today getting the jack to wind nicely as the worms had not been greased for quite a while.Also replaced the earth and starter leads with some double insulated 35mm cable.

Hey thanks for that,And I can say that the jack still retains the decal.And it is in great condition.There was no way I could of guessed where it went.Another question are the owners maunal(for the van) different fron the cars?

Do you know for sure if its the original jack for your van?

Does not look like any of them?Closer to the top one if any?I have no reason to suspect it is not original as everything else is original to the van.It is written is red script and has a holden part no on it,safe weights and how you are ment to operate it.
