GTS clock reassembly

Hi everyone
Just got the electrics back for gts clock(yellow needle Hz ) the clock works but there is a black washer, I can not remember where it goes. I thought it went on the shaft were the hands go on but it seems to tight to fit there, anyones help would be greatly appreciated. [ATTACH=CONFIG]15162[/ATTACH
