This car came up on here once before, and the 131055 vs 131755 was queried back then too!

where did the 131055 come from should that be the number to coinside with the other tags?

Thanks Hk for all that info.It has a fair bit of rust and needs a bit of work but im in the right trade to do this so i guess its time for a strip down and rebuild.
