Wiper dwell is its own harness, and just plugs to a fuse and into the wiper circuit. From memory you unplug a single plug (white wire?) in the harness and the dwell just connects to both plug and socket. Maybe an orange wire down to the fuse box. The main difference is in the binker stalk, so you need to keep the WB one of those.
