Easy pick, TH400 is electric kickdown so has a switch on the pedal. TH350 is cable kickdown so has a cable going bacwards from the carb near to the throttle cable. The compliance date gives it away too, 1977-8 or early 79 is TH400, after about 5/79 they are all TH350.
