Absinth are those prices for a gts wheel or a hq sandman gts wheel you are quoting?

GTS wheel as asked. Personally I think those prices apply to all sports wheels.

Essentially you're paying for the horn badge... As reproduction ones are pretty average and not close enough to original

bloody expensive horn badge... Would cost far less to have one correctly reproduced.

you'd have to be a complete idiot to pay extra for a worn out or possibly broken steering wheel just because it has a sandman badge. I have five sports steering wheels I paid around $300 each for and all but one are crap but all were described by the sellers as good condition. Two others I purchased were broken and bent which I returned to the sellers.

One I have is HQ SS, two are HQ GTS, one is LJ GTR and one is plain HJ. I have been after a Sandman wheel for a while and found one at a swap meet, guy wanted $500 and it was well worn and bent... He still had it at the end of the meet and wouldn't drop his price..... I didn't buy it.

Also be aware guys, bent steering wheels are unroadworthy and if you get pulled over and the Policeman decides to check over you car and check the steering wheel you could be defected... A mate of mine with a LJ XU1 in Brisbane was defected recently for his GTR wheel with a broken rim.
