"Beast Master" was the name from memory. I always confused it with Barbarian or Conan the Barbarian and Thor.
All were similar with murals etc. Although one was a Fairlane Fronted XR/T/W/Y from the North Coast. Could have been many using the same name as well.

haha, I'm sure I remember the bastard as well, and so do two of my 48 year old mates. Can't think of it's name and my fingers are bleeding from all the google searches. It was def Persian Sand, and that much gold velour it would have been hard to look at, bloody 80's haha.

The only one i remember that sounds like the one your talking about lived around the Carlisle area
i knew the owner and it was called Street Angel but not sure if its the one you own

Hi Valencia, this one sat on grass for 20 odd years and ended up having trees growing up thru the floor. It's all been repaired now. Apparently it was a really well known car on the streets of Perth so I am hoping Street Angel will come up in a search somewhere. Do you remember if it had a horned helmet wearing Conan on the sides? Reckon if it did it's the car

Yeah I thought it might have been but you hadn't quoted so I figured it was a 50/50 and rude not to answer.
Might be useful to someone else in the future.

I remember quite a few from Perth from the EXPO in 1979/80 when I was living there.
I have a feeling this one Dion is after came later. You would think if it was a Van of note I'd have it listed, a photograph or know of it through CV&T.
Must be photos of it somewhere.
