HZ RTS dash badge wanted

The late HX got the rts also on some models. So this is how it would have been fitted to those HX dashes. =)

HX never got RTS and none were ever badged as such. The RTS upper control arm mounting points were added mid 1977 but this is not RTS, just a part of it.

HX GTS dashes also were silver, so they wouldn't have used up HX ones, but possibly the RTS badge was added as per Rodney's for early HZ's and it was a running change for the moulding for it later. I suspect that if you go looking at any early HZ's (like 9/77 or 10/77) on any fascias they'll be the same, unless of course the one Absinth was working on for Rodney isn't original to the car?

HX GTS dashes were also black for 8WM and 8WN vehicles excluding Sandman. Part number 9941879

HX Sandman and Monaro GTS dashes only were silver. Part number 9941871

So a left over stock of black HX dashes could have been used up (Most probably were) by pinning the RTS badge to them.
