Yeah I reckon your right, its just finding an old sedan/wagon etc that seems to be the difficulty.

Well a Commodore won't have a HZ front clip or GTS dash.

I did look at that car, unfortunatly It a touch too much cash at the moment. I know it may cost more in the long run but Im anticipating doing the build over 3-4 years, so grabbing parts as they come available is how Im playing it.... Thansk for the effort thoguh, thats an awesome find!

HZ clip is a thought at the moment too, I may run with standard, Ill chew it over...

Commodore will be all but useless. Motor will have wrong sump and nothing else will be of use. You need HJ-WB really.

yeah I knew that. I could get a correct sump locally if I need it. But the gearbox etc would be ok. diff wouldnt be the same but yeah thats ok. Thanks for all of the help guys, im just spitballin ideas here! Keep all the advice comin, if you have parts to sell, PM me with a price and rough location and Ill go form there.
