It had 19V trim so it can't be it unless it has been retrimmed. I thought that car had a HJ clutch mech too.
Funny; that's probably one of the first things I checked when i lifted the bonnet. It is a pretty original car I will spend the next few months tidying up a few little things.I am sure there will always be someone around to point something out thats wrong. Part of the fun. I did decide that it would be a real sin to change the running gear, & I am even growing to like the tan interior. Never thought i'd own a 202.

I'd happily change it to a V8, just keep the entire engine, box, radiator etc all together. There is no body mods to be made at all to convert it to a 308 M20 or 253 M20.
