However you are specifically talking about why one person can post Commodore pictures and the thread is open and others post Tattoo pics and it gets locked.

The answer is obvious.
The tattoo pics were going to get out of hand from the first post - but we let it go for the benefit of the doubt.
However I was correct with it just turning into a porn thread. Quite simply the forums rules state - PG13 content only and no nudity etc.
