Well our ute is HX, and we love it..and she is easy to restore, without the spoiler too lol.....btw are you going to the wello swap tomoz...we might, but will go in the Jeep as floods water could be an issue....

Looks like Bordeaux!!! I really like the colour...its a refreshing change compared to all the bright colored vans.... looks quite classy

It is Bordeaux, original colour on the plates.
My colour preference seems to change with what I see. My favourite was the greens (thats what I painted my seconded Sandman that 'Randee' now has), the Valencia vans look fantastic, then the 'satin mist' looks great too. I guess I like them all - regardless of colour!

Bordeaux red is the colour done in acrylic, painted by 'Cre8tive Edge' in Bacchus Marsh, surf board was a surprise gift arranged by myself and some mates, car was unvieled at the Bacchus Marsh David Calleja show in early Feb this year, Won peoples choice top Australian and Car of show, Won top original HQ-HX at a very wet geelong Holden day.
This web site was a very valuable tool that was used alot when we restored this van, thanks everyone...
Yeah I saw that van at both the bacchus Marsh and hanging rock shows. Very nice van and top effort by the bloke above. I had a brief chat to him and he got it all done in record time in time for the bacchus show too so a great efforrt. Excellent to see another local sandy on the road!!
