Hard to tell exactly, certainly look's like it though. The american racing wheel's on that van, haven't seen a set since the eighties.

A friend had a set on his van not that long ago..

^^^jelly beans?? ive got a set the same as whats on the van above, as far as i know there called hurricanes, well ive been calling them that atleast
