i reskinned mine the repos are crap

What are the repros inner strength like... ie; if you re-skin the outer is the rest of the gate going to still flex as bad as it does with the original (thinner) skin?

Looking at one for a WB panno long term project.

id say theyd be just as weak as the skin, ive got a few repops that have come on or in utes, theyre all bent really badly and badly didnted, worse than the tailgate i pulled of one of my hqs after 40yrs, i reinforced the inner of mine when i rekinned it, ill try find a photo, i had to straighten it a bit so i thought stuff it might as well put something in there, i would have liked to used a bit heavier rhs but i didnt have any then
