Nothing pre HQ had factory side glass. Even though Byron suggests the part numbers are HK-T-G era I'd suggest these numbers were "spares" for when such occasions arose.

Interesting because I was going to ask about the HG as there is one for sale that states " very rare 1970 hg windowless panel van ", which means if I am comprehending it correctly, that they basically all came out with side windows, not that hg vans were rare lol.

The point they are making is that they are selling a "rare to find today" windowless HG. All left the factory with no side panel glass (so they certainly weren't rare then). BUT many had windows fitted by dealers or customers via aftermarket suppliers. As mentioned previously companies like Canopy Industries, Athol Hedges Pty Ltd and places like Vancraft would do the side glass conversions.
