Just a decent pair of front seat frames are hard to find, and by the looks of that interior if you wanted half decent trim for an everyday driver it all looks pretty useable. The car would also provide just about every nut, bolt, clip, hinge plus probably a good body harness for a Sandman rebuild. It also has a 6cyl 3 row radiator - perfect for a Chev conversion.
