It reminds us.... don't put off everything until tomorrow. Always enjoy life and live in the now. We get too caught up in what we are doing and where we want to be.

Sorry for your loss of a friend.

Not a nice thing that happens .....and not that it helps a whole heap..... but your friend, mum , dad , brother , sister ...anyone you love have gone physically.... they will live on in your memories and make you think and talk about of the good and probably not so good times that you spent as mates .

This is exactly what I was getting at with this thread. Don't put too much off, do it now or you might never get the chance.

Another point worth considering here, because it think it would be fair to say that this site is predominantly a male domain, is the importance of annual health checks after a certain age. As most things that could knock us over are preventable if detected early. Come on fellas, think about it and don't leave it till it's too late. Cheers.

    Here,Here. Dave.

Its always sad to hear of the demise of a loved one or close friend.
It also might be a good idea to keep your eyes and ears open for those around us that might not be feeling the best in life, those who are feeling down and sometimes are just reaching out for help. We need to learn to recognize the signs.
