Panel van side windows

ok, so i think ill hijack this thread now - sorry

Firstly, if anyone in Sydney has some side glass im in need of a pass side rear glass - i cracked one :(

Secondly, there's a guy on evilbay that sells bubble windows but you'll have to pimp yourself out to buy them $$$$$$$$$

Lastly, i tint a lot of toyota and merc vans and they have the panels cut out ad they glue the new glass panels (windows) on the outside so it's like a long rectangle which is black with the windows left clear
They're simply glued to the side which it seems is how all vans are done now
WAnyone ever thought or doing or seen this on a holden van?

The panels on those vans are kind of designed with that idea in mind and the windows are perfectly shaped to suit. Might look a bit weird on an old Holden van unless you either got glass custom made to suit the lines perfectly or put a step around the holes so that the windows sat flush with the side panel. You'd want to mode your rear tailgate and do the same with the glass there too I reckon.
