    Nice shot Blocker,

I find the lines and reflections a little too distracting.
Hope you don't mind I introduced a little Photoshop (quickly) just to explain.

I used to use our hotrod to do weddings but i got sick of the photographers, they dont seem to understand that the day is all about the bride and groom and not about them showing off their work. The worse one i did(it rained all day) the photographer had us drive onto an old bridge and wanted the bride to stand on the rail with her arms outstretched, thankfully she refused, the next stop was near a canola field and he wanted us to drive up a muddy track so he could take a photo of her in the canola field but we told him our cars were too low and we would all get stuck so he convinced her to walk up there and she came back wet and muddy.I have met some great people doing weddings but none of them were photographers . ps this is not aimed at you blocker but if you do more weddings just remember its all about the bride and groom .end of rant

Looks much better and if people want to save or share it feel free - it wasn't even a set up shot I was waiting for the girls and took a quick shot, all I was thinking of were the people on mySandman would like to see this A quick pass in Lightroom for a preset and upload.
When I shoot weddings I do my best get the right image in the camera than spend too much time in post because it can suck up so much time. I'll be shooting this car and his green one in a few weeks and will have to time to set up and adjust in photoshop because it will only be a few images.

What really bugs me is the cars stance does not line up with the horizontal lines behind the car - but it is the natural profile of the car, if it was brought forward more away from the loading dock it would not be so discernible. Anyway it's a nice looking car

I've been doing this for 30 years and agree, I am sick of photographers that buy a $500 DSLR twin lens kit and think they are photographers! Don't get me started - they are all out to build their 'portfolio' but will quit within 12 months!
There have been some real horror stories and not just with cars and Harley's! You are right the day is all about the bride and groom always has been.

There's been a trend in the past few years to 'Trash the Dress' you'd smack your head against the wall seeing some of the results from real weddings what brides will do because they saw something in a magazine and want to emulate it... They don't realize that most of these shots are staged like the one I did in Adelaide with 50 brides having paint fights, food fights and jetty jumping! Yep them some crazy people out there and I'll shoot it if they want... but your car is safe with me

To what part of this long thread are you making comment about? You need to quote the post you are answering.
