It sold for (the secondhand original) just over $100
I even considered it and I really thought it would have sold for more.

That said, You can buy the horn cap and the insert brand new from Rare Spares.
You'll even spot them listed "separately" on ebay.

I assume your talking about the HQ version?

Stickthis was doing the badge in hx/z style font. You can get the caps from rare spares. I have that cap and badge on my WB. Put it on a couple of years ago.

I think what the guys are referring to was a seller on ebay was producing and flogging horn badges that said "Sandman", but it was done in the HX-Z tailgate decal font. Looked alright and a bit different: Sandman decal link
