Wombat, I just noticed that the van has Commodore wheels on it, if you have put these on, take them off and put HQ-WB wheels on it. Putting Commodore wheels on H series Holdens causes strain on the studs and will lead to failure. The PCD is different as one is imperial and one is metric.
