I spotted that one and agree about the expense to restore ( the 39E Chestnut would take a bit of getting used to ). Probably should have mentioned that I would prefer a panel van. Early days yet

I have one, I should do the usual ebay sell.
"One Hq panelvan, 1973 could be a sandman, (yes I know but trying to sell to HQcumber here), needs a little work but one owner driven on sundays to church, some rust but easy fix, ()original 308 4 speed. Just needs a little love to bring it back to pristine condition.

Original 308 4 speed sounds interesting but for the money I am willing to put into the right car as in restore myself or pay for someone else completed job it has to have all the right tell tale signs.
Someone out there must know someone with money tied up in a Sandman that they would need for a house etc.
