i have collected alot of wb parts over the last 5 years, .... im toying with the idea of a wb magnum van styling with a hz windowless body i have been storing. like the famous ute! but a van. any thoughts ? i personally love the wb magnum blue ute.

That blue ute has been proven a fake. It was made from parts from a wrecked Magnum Statesman. The only real Magnum ute was built in 1987 from a second hand 6 cylinder WB ute. It was built by HDT for a customer. It had a bench seat, stroked 5 litre and a column shift auto with a Statesman dash. It was white.
That blue ute looks good, but its not genuine.

Get on Bertie Street web site and you will find some information there. I have talked with the current owner of the Magnum ute and also know a previous owner and also through family relatives know of the bloke who payed HDT to build the Magnum ute originally.
Can't comment on that video really. Seems likely that if they were not sure if they built three utes that they can't really remember how many they built?
I know that blue ute is not a factory built one though.
